Framebag photo guide

Framebags are a great way of maximising storage space on your rig, and they let you pack weight low down so it's nice and stable!

Styles:

• Zippered - does what it says on the box! A framebag with a zippered opening (or two, or three!). Great for simple and fast access on the go. All zippers are YKK brand in #10 gauge (BIG). They are water resistant, but not water proof (i.e. you can’t submerge the bag and expect everything to stay 100% dry).

• Roll-top - the gold standard for “this is gonna last me forever” style framebags. A roll top closure is secured by two aluminium fasteners. A roll top bag can be “over-stuffed” more than a zippered bag can as the internal size is not constrained by the zipper needing to be able to close! Just pack as much as you can in and strap it down. Simple!

Pricing:

• Half framebag - single zip - $275

• Half framebag - double zip - $325

  This means one main pocket on one side, one flat pocket on the other.

• Full framebag, single zip - $325

• Full framebag, double zip (w/ horizontal divider) - $375

  This means there is an upper and lower compartment on one side, which are separated by a removable fabric divider.

• Full framebag, double zip (w/ flat NDS pocket) - $375

  This means there is one main compartment on one side, and one flat map pocket on the other side.

• Full framebag, triple zip (w/ horizontal divider and flat NDS pocket) - $395

  This is a combo of both the above!

• Full framebag, roll-top $350

Extras:

• Mesh pockets - $10/pocket - these can be internal or external.

• Hose port on a roll top - $10 - this is included as standard on zippered bags.

• Internal webbing loops - $10 per row.

• Additional hose ports - $15 - if you need an extra port in a specific location

FAQs:

When are your framebag orders opening again?

Excellent question! I try and open them once every 2-3 months but if I’m particularly busy it might be a bit less frequent than that. Conversely if I’m feelin’ gooooood it might be MORE frequent than that!

What’s the turnaround time once I am in the queue?

This depends on how many places I opened up! But hedge your bets and say 6 weeks and you’ll more than likely be pleasantly surprised!

Can I get a zippered pocket on my roll top bag?

As a rule I don’t mix roll tops and zips, sorry! External mesh pockets are great on roll tops though. Would recommend!
