We use a wide range (too many maybe!) of fabrics designed to take a beating on your #adventure and give you years of faithful service!

Read all about them below!

EcoPak

ECOPAK™ is the world’s only durable and waterproof fabric made from 100% recycled polyester fiber and film. Each yard (I know, wtf is a yard) upcycles about 20 plastic water bottles into durable technical textiles.

We use EPX200 for bag outer layers - this is a lighter weight material so if you’re particularly into thrashing your gear we recommend a heavier fabric. EPX200 comes in lots of colours!

EPLX600 Re/cor is a 600d recycled cordura fabric laminate. It’s got a softer hand feel and more abrasion resistance than the EPX200. Available in Marigold only (premium!)

All HUNGRY bags are lined with RBC200 - which is the same face fabric as the EPX200, without the crossply or 70d backing.

Also available is Challenge UltraGrid - 100% recycled nylon grid fabric, reinforced with ULTRA! It’s tough as, but it has a softer feel and isn’t as structured as the EPX200. It’s very cool!!

I’ve got EPLX600 Multicam available too! Pretty much a recycled 500d Cordura. Good stuff!

Xpac

VX21 is pretty much the same as EcoPak, but it ain’t recycled. I’m phasing out the remaining stock and replacing it with EcoPak!

X50 is a 500d Cordura face fabric with a waterproof film on the back. Multicam Alpine only.

LS42 LiteSkin is a whacky high tech 420 (nice) denier fabric with a non-woven face.

Canvas

We use a medium weight poly(65)/cotton(35) canvas that is woven and proofed in Australia!

It has a classic feel and is very durable! It will patina very nicely with use and will last a lifetime. It’s lush! Would recommend.

Current colours are Black, Brown, Sand, Khaki, Maroon and Brunswick Green.

I’ve got miles of AusCam fabric too! It’s a heavy poly/cotton canvas that is coated on the inside. It’s cool!
