Warranty!

Hungry Bags are made to LAST! That’s why they’re 100% covered for life against any manufacturing and material defects!

This means that if something goes wrong when you’re using your bag in the situation it is intended for, we will repair, refund or replace it at our cost!

We do not offer free of charge repairs, refunds, or replacements if damage occurs in situations such as:

  • Fire

  • Bag falling out of a moving vehicle

  • Dropping bag off cliff down large mountain and then a hawk picks it up and uses it in its nest (how did you get the bag back???)

  • You spill yogurt in it

  • You spill mouldy yougurt in it

  • Dolphin uprising

  • Any other exceptional aquatic circumstances

So yeah if it’s not like “I was just riding along and this happened” and is way more extreme, we can try and fix it but no guarantees! Get in contact and we’ll discuss it like grown ups (not Dolphins).

Returns, refunds and exchanges.

Due to the made-to-order nature of all HUNGRY bags, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Make sure you’re sure about your purchase before you make it!

Returns?

Again, due to the made-to-order nature (and lack of space…), we do not offer returns for change of mind. If the product you have received is faulty, or not the product you ordered, you are absolutely (and more importantly, LEGALLY!) entitled to a repair, replacement, or a refund. All claims will be considered case by case.

Exchanges?

Exchanges will be considered case by case. No exchanges on any custom orders (I.E. Custom framebags).
